Meet Brendan

Brendan Bhim was born on the beautiful twin islands of Trinidad and Tobago; home of Carnival, a celebration of life and inclusion. In 2000, he relocated to sunny South Florida, which he now calls home. Brendan is a devoted husband and father of two, and he’s a family man and a friend to many.

 

His love for real estate began in 2012 when he set out to buy his first home. He realized not all agents are created equal. Brendan’s agent, Jamie Seneca, went above and beyond to find his family the perfect home. Brendan knew he wanted to bring that same passion and joy to others and be a part of their journey to build a life in South Florida.

 

Brendan’s roots and strong foundation enable him to be many things to many people, creating an inclusive environment where you can be who you are. His adaptive personality allows him to be professional and get the job done, but it also brings out that Carnival vibe to have some fun. Brendan’s outgoing personality and innovative thinking also mean he can easily navigate challenges.
